Can I access Loophole via API?

Yes - but only for approved use cases. Loophole does not offer a general-purpose public API. Instead, we grant API access to select users on a case-by-case basis after reviewing what you plan to build.

Which services are available via API?

API access is currently offered for:

  • Call Automator - Integrate Loophole's call automation into your own app, software, or workflow

  • Invoice Reducer - Plug our invoice negotiation engine into your platform

  • Research Console - Pull Loophole's research and analysis capabilities into your own product

This lets developers and businesses integrate Loophole's services directly into their own apps, workflows, and customer-facing products.

Why approval is required

Loophole's services interact with real phone lines, real vendors, real billing systems, and real money. Before granting API access, we need to understand:

  • What you're building

  • How the service will be used

  • Who your end users are

  • How you'll prevent abuse

This protects platform integrity, our vendor relationships, and the users on the other end of any automated action.

How to request API access

There are two ways to submit a request:

  • Ask Loophole AI - Start a conversation through live chat, text/SMS, email, or phone. Tell Loophole AI you'd like to request API access and include your desired use case. It will open a support ticket for our team to review.

  • Email us - Send your request to Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com from your registered account email address. Describe the service you want API access to and what you plan to build with it.

Either path routes your request to our team for evaluation.

What to include in your request

The more detail you provide, the faster we can evaluate your request. At minimum, tell us:

  • Which Loophole service(s) you want API access to

  • A clear description of your use case and the product you're building

  • Your expected volume (calls per month, invoices processed, etc.)

  • Whether your end users will be aware Loophole is powering the feature

Summary

We do offer API access - just not by default. If you have a clear, legitimate use case for Call Automator, Invoice Reducer, or Research Console... contact us and we'll evaluate it.
