Does Loophole sign NDAs?

Updated over 7 months ago

Yes - Loophole can sign NDAs for eligible users and use cases.

Because we often deal with sensitive issues - especially for business users, agency partners, and high-stakes cases - we offer optional NDAs for accounts that meet certain criteria.

Who can request an NDA

  • Business accounts with an active subscription

  • Enterprise or agency users acting on behalf of clients

  • Custom Solution candidates dealing with confidential or reputational matters

Is there a fee?

Yes - enabling NDA protection requires a one-time $250 setup fee.
This covers review (of your NDA or ours), internal permission changes, and additional data-handling procedures.

How to request one

Email Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com with the subject line:

“NDA Request – [Your Business or Account Name]”

Include:

  • Your full name and account email

  • A short description of your business or concern

  • Whether you’d like to use your own NDA or review ours

We'll respond within 1–3 business days. In some cases, an NDA may be required before Custom Solution intake begins.

Is Loophole already bound by confidentiality?

Yes - all user data is handled under strict internal access controls, and we don’t sell, share, or repurpose prompts, documents, or messages.
However, an NDA adds a formal legal layer for users who need it.

Bottom line

Loophole is built for discretion - and if your situation calls for added legal protection, NDA access is available. Just ask.
