Who can have a Loophole account?

Updated over 7 months ago

Loophole is not open to the public - access is limited to users who meet specific eligibility requirements. Here's what you need to know before applying:

Basic requirements:

To create and activate a Loophole account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom

  • Pass identity verification and an intent review

  • Agree to follow our Terms and Conditions

Account types:

There are two account types:

  • Personal - for individual, non-business matters

  • Business - for companies, agencies, or anyone requesting services tied to a brand, organization, or commercial activity

Business accounts can be used for personal requests.
Personal accounts cannot be used for business-related requests.

Why are accounts restricted?

Loophole is a high-trust platform. We limit access to:

  • Prevent abuse and fraud

  • Protect platform reputation

  • Ensure our services are used strategically and ethically

That means some users will be declined during onboarding - even if they haven't done anything wrong.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?

Only if you’re a verified agency partner or legal representative. In general, accounts must be created and used by the individual or entity they represent. If you're trying to help someone else, email Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com.
