Can I use Loophole on behalf of someone else?

Updated over 7 months ago

In most cases, no - Loophole accounts are designed for individual or business use by the verified account holder only. That means you cannot submit Problems or use services on behalf of someone else unless you're authorized to do so through a formal agreement.

Why we restrict proxy use:

  • Our strategies depend on accurate identity and context

  • Misuse could trigger security flags or policy violations

  • We’re not designed for shared, anonymous, or “ghost” submissions

  • Unauthorized use may result in bans or loss of access

Exceptions:

You may be allowed to act on someone else’s behalf if:

  • You’re an approved agency partner or legal representative

  • The account owner has explicitly granted permission (for Business accounts only)

  • You’ve received written authorization from Loophole Support

If you fall into one of these categories, email Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com before taking action.

If you’re just trying to help:

If you're assisting a family member, client, or colleague:

  • Have them create their own account

  • Help them through the process using their login

  • Don’t impersonate them or submit prompts under your name

Bottom line:

We know people often help each other - but Loophole is designed for direct users.
If you need to act on behalf of someone else, contact us first.

We’re happy to find a path that’s safe, ethical, and fully supported.
