What is an account balance?
Your available balance may include:
Credits you purchased
Promotional credits issued by Loophole
Refunds applied to your account as credit
These funds can be used toward:
Any Loophole service (including AI Solutions and Custom Solutions)
Loophole AI & Tool Actions
Your monthly account subscription fee
Add-ons like storage upgrades or additional business locations
Why it’s not refundable
Account balances are treated as pre-paid platform credit. They are:
Locked to your active account
Not transferable
Not eligible for cash withdrawal or refund to your payment method
This policy is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and ensures we maintain fairness, prevent misuse, and meet compliance requirements.
What happens if I delete my account?
If you permanently delete your Loophole account:
All of your data is wiped
All World entries, Problems, and Files are removed
Any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be restored
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed - even if you return later.
Bottom line
Your balance is yours to use - but it’s not refundable, and it doesn’t survive account deletion. If you're unsure, keep your account active until you're ready to use your remaining credits.
