Loophole uses a credit-based system combined with monthly subscription fees. This gives you flexibility, transparency, and control over what you spend - no surprise invoices, no hidden charges.
Here’s how it works:
1. Application Deposit
To activate your account, you must add $500 to your Available Account Balance.
This is not a fee - it becomes credit you can use toward services.
If your application is declined, the full $500 is refunded.
If approved, this balance is credited to your account and can be used to pay for tools, actions, and monthly fees.
2. Monthly Account Fees
Once your account is active, your balance is auto-charged each month:
Personal account: $29/month
Business account: $99/month
Additional business entities/locations: +$10/month/each
This monthly fee covers platform access, account maintenance, and computing power. If your balance runs out, your account will be frozen until you add more funds.
3. Tool Action Credits
When you use services under Loophole AI & Tools, you spend Tool Action Credits:
$150 = 10 Tool Action Credits (TACs)
You can buy more at any time for $10/credit
Each credit provides a specific allocation of 'tokens' for that tool/console type.
You choose which actions to approve and when to use them.
4. AI Solutions
Some AI Solutions have fixed prices. Others charge based on success or savings:
Pricing is always visible before you pay
Most AI solutions are pay-per-use - not credit-based
You’ll never be charged unless you explicitly confirm
5. Refunds
Your initial balance deposit is refundable if your account is declined
Your Tool Credit purchase is partially refundable (Loophole AI & Tools only):
If we accept your case and then determine we can’t help after the first Tool Action (Research Console), we’ll refund $140 out of the $150
All other credits and balances are nonrefundable
6. Problem Dashboard Fee
When you create a Loophole AI & Tools problem, your Problem Dashboard is included free for 30 days. After that, a small daily fee applies:
0.033 Research Console credits per day (~1 credit per 30 days)
Charged automatically from your available credits
Applies to both active and paused problems
Stops only when the problem is marked Completed or Solved
These charges appear in your Problem Logs.

For a detailed billing breakdown, go to your Logs > Transaction Logs
We only bill from your Loophole account balance. Your payment method (ex: credit/debit card) is never charged automatically - even if your balance runs out. To continue using services, you’ll need to manually add funds.
