How do I activate my account?

Creating an account is just the first step. To actually use Loophole services, your account needs to be activated. Here's how the activation process works:

1. Create an Account (Waitlist Status)

When you first sign up, your account is placed on the Waitlist. This allows you to browse the platform, view services, and submit your application - but you won’t be able to use any tools yet.

  • No fees are charged while your account is on the waitlist.

  • You can submit intake prompts to see if your case is eligible.

2. Add $500 to Your Available Balance (Pending Status)

To move your application forward, you’ll need to add at least $500 to your available balance. This unlocks the next step in the process:

  • Your account status will switch to Pending.

  • You’ll see a message on the homepage that says:
    “Application Received - Pending Approval.”

Note: This $500 is not a fee - it becomes part of your available balance to spend on services, tools, or monthly fees if approved. If your application is declined, it will be fully refunded.

3. Undergo Approval

Our team reviews each pending application to assess fit, eligibility, and potential risk. This review typically takes 1-3 business days.

We look at:

  • Your intended use cases

  • Signals of potential abuse or policy conflicts

  • Whether your situation aligns with Loophole’s mission

If approved, your account will move to Active status. If declined, your $500 will be refunded in full.

4. Account Activation (Active Status)

Once your account is approved:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Your account status will be set to Active

  • Your account will be billed immediately for the first month:

    • $29/month for Personal accounts

    • $99/month for Business accounts

Your monthly account fee is deducted from your available balance on the same date each month going forward.

5. You’re In - What’s Next?

Once active, you can:

  • Submit eligible prompts and unlock full services

  • Use any AI Solution tools

  • Purchase Loophole AI & Tools

  • Access your Problem dashboard and Tool Actions

If your balance ever runs low or your monthly fee can’t be processed, your account will become Frozen - you’ll need to add funds to restore access.
