How do I unfreeze my account?

If your Loophole account is marked as Frozen, it means your balance couldn't cover your monthly account fee, and access to tools and services is paused until funds are added.

Good news: unfreezing is fully automatic - no emails, no waiting on support.

1. Check your balance

Accounts are frozen when there are insufficient funds to cover:

  • Your monthly account fee

  • Tool actions you approved

  • New Problems or automation requests

You can view your balance on your homepage dashboard. We also email you the exact amount needed - both the day before billing (Low Balance Alert) and while your account is frozen.

2. Add funds

To restore access:

  • Add money to your Available Account Balance using any accepted payment method

  • You'll need at least enough to cover your monthly fee - the add funds screen will show the minimum

  • Once added, your balance updated immediately

3. Automatic reactivation

Within minutes of your payment:

  • Your account switches back to Active automatically

  • Your outstanding monthly fee is charged from your new balance

  • Your next billing date moves out one month

  • Any referral codes paused by the freeze are turned back on

  • You'll receive an "Account Reactivated" confirmation email

No reactivation request needed.

Don't wait too long

Frozen accounts have a 7-day deadline:

  • We'll send you a reminder email before the deadline

  • If your account isn't funded within 7 days of being frozen, it is locked and scheduled for permanent deletion - including all Problems, files, and any remaining balance. Any custom phone numbers on the account are also released.

  • Once locked, you can no longer log in to add funds. To recover a locked account before deletion is processed, reply to the "Account Locked" email or contact Security [at] Loophole (dot) com
