If your account has been locked, it means Loophole has restricted access due to a policy violation, security concern, or suspicious activity. Unlike a Frozen account (which happens due to insufficient funds), a Locked account can not be reactivated simply by adding money.
Common reasons accounts get locked:
Suspicious login activity – Multiple failed login attempts, unusual IP addresses, or behavior that suggests unauthorized access
Duplicate or multiple accounts – Creating more than one account violates our Terms of Service
Policy violations – Misuse of tools, prohibited use cases, fraud, or abuse of platform features
Identity or verification issues – Failure to verify identity, fake credentials, or conflicting account details
High-risk behavior – Patterns that suggest the account may be used for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes
AI system manipulation - Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or bypass AI safeguards through prompt injection or similar techniques
You may or may not receive an email explaining why your account was locked.
In some cases, we cannot disclose specific details for security reasons.
What happens when my account is locked?
You cannot log in to your Loophole account
All access to tools, services, and your dashboard is blocked
You cannot add funds, submit prompts, or make any changes
Any active Problems or pending work will be paused
How do I appeal or unlock my account?
Account unlocking is handled case-by-case. To request a review:

Wait for our team to review your case
Not all locked accounts can be reactivated. If your lock was due to a serious policy violation, your account may remain permanently restricted.
