How do I unlock my account?

If your Loophole account has been Locked, it means access has been restricted due to a policy violation, security concern, or suspicious activity. Unlike a Frozen account (which is caused by insufficient funds), a Locked account cannot be unlocked by adding money – and you will not be able to log in at all.

Here's what to do:


1. Understand why accounts get locked

Accounts are typically locked due to:

  • Suspicious login activity or unauthorized access attempts

  • Duplicate or multiple accounts

  • Policy violations or misuse of platform tools

  • Identity verification failures

  • High-risk or prohibited behavior

You may or may not have received an email explaining the reason. In some cases, we cannot disclose specific details for security reasons.


2. Contact support from your registered email

To request a review or appeal your account lock:

  • Email Security [at] Loophole (dot) com

  • You must email from the email address on file for your account

  • Include any relevant context or explanation that may help your case

  • Be clear, honest, and specific about your situation


3. Wait for manual review

All locked account appeals are reviewed case-by-case. This process typically takes:

  • 1–5 business days for standard reviews

  • Longer if additional verification or investigation is required

Not all locked accounts can be reactivated. If your account was locked due to a serious policy violation, fraud, or repeated terms violations, it may remain permanently restricted.


What happens during the review?

Our team will evaluate:

  • The reason your account was locked

  • Any evidence or context you provide

  • Your account history and compliance record

  • Whether reactivation aligns with our platform policies

You'll receive an email with the outcome once the review is complete.
