How does the Invoice Reducer money-back guarantee work?

Updated over a month ago

Invoice Reducer comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If our system determines that it's unable to find legitimate ways to reduce your bill, you pay nothing.

How it works

When you submit an invoice and select a service plan - DIY Analysis ($29) or White Glove Service ($150) - the fee is deducted from your available account balance. Invoice Reducer never charges your payment method (credit card, etc.) directly. It always bills from the balance you've already added to your Loophole account.

If Invoice Reducer determines it can't help you save enough to justify the service, your fee is automatically refunded back to your available account balance. There's nothing you need to do - the refund happens on its own, and you'll receive an email notification confirming it.

When you're NOT charged at all

There are situations where you're never charged in the first place:

  • Your file is rejected during initial screening - If Invoice Reducer determines your invoice doesn't qualify (blocked category, no reduction opportunities, etc.), you're not charged anything. This happens before you ever select a plan.

  • You're on a Waitlist or Pending account - Free screening submissions don't cost anything. You're only charged when you have an Active account and select a service plan.

Where does the refund go?

Refunds are credited back to your available account balance - the same balance the fee was deducted from.

Since Invoice Reducer always bills from your account balance (never your payment method directly), the refund goes to the same place.

You can use the refunded balance toward any Loophole service - including submitting a different invoice to Invoice Reducer.

What if I disagree with the result?

If you believe the system got it wrong - for example, you think there were legitimate reduction opportunities that were missed - you can appeal.

You can also reach out to us directly if you have any concerns about your experience or don't feel the service was worth it. We take this seriously and handle these on a case-by-case basis.

The bottom line

You're only ever charged if Invoice Reducer finds real ways to reduce your bill. If it can't help, you get a full refund automatically. If you ever feel the outcome wasn't worth it, reach out - we'll try to make it right.

Zero risk.
