How do I decline my quote?

Updated over 4 months ago

If you've decided not to move forward with your quote, you can decline it directly from the quote page.

Note: You can only decline active quotes. If your quote has expired, it's already been automatically 'declined'.

How to decline

  1. Open your quote

  2. Click the "Decline Quote" button

  3. Select your reason from the dropdown:

    • Quote error

    • Problem solved

    • Too expensive

    • Changed my mind

    • Other

  4. If you selected "Other", you'll be asked to briefly explain

  5. Click "Decline" to confirm

Your quote is declined immediately.

What happens after you decline

  • The quote is marked as declined in your account

  • It will be automatically deleted after 7 days

  • You cannot un-decline a quote once it's been declined

Need a new quote?

If you change your mind or your situation evolves, you can always submit a new request.

Just go to the Loophole homepage and go through the quote process again with your updated information.

Bottom line

Declining is simple and permanent. Click the button, select your reason, and confirm. If you need help later, submit a new request anytime.
