Why is my quote flagged?

Updated over 4 months ago

If you see a quote marked as Flagged in your account, it means our system has automatically placed it under review.

This is a normal part of our process to ensure platform safety and compliance.

While a quote is flagged, you won't be able to accept or decline it - but this is temporary and typically resolves automatically.

Why do quotes get flagged?

Quotes can be flagged for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Unusual request patterns or case details

  • High-value or complex quotes requiring additional review

  • Automated risk assessment triggers

  • Compliance and safety checks

This is part of our normal process - not a sign that something is wrong with your request or account.

What happens while my quote is flagged?

  • You cannot accept or decline the quote during this time

  • Our system is automatically reviewing the request

  • Most flags clear within 1 hour

  • In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours

Do I need to do anything?

No. The flagging and review process is completely automatic. You do not need to:

  • Contact support

  • Provide additional information

  • Take any action

If we need more information from you, we'll reach out directly to the email address on file for your account.

Otherwise, simply wait for the flag to clear. You'll be notified when your quote is ready to accept or decline.

Why does this happen?

Automated flagging helps us:

  • Keep the platform safe for all users

  • Ensure compliance with our policies

  • Prevent misuse or fraudulent activity

  • Maintain quality and reliability across all services

It's a security measure designed to protect you and the Loophole community.

What if my quote stays flagged for more than 24 hours?

If your quote has been flagged for longer than 24 hours and you haven't heard from us, chat with us using the chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen or email Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com with your quote details and we'll look into it.
