What’s the difference between Personal and Business accounts?

Updated over 7 months ago

Loophole offers two types of accounts: Personal and Business.

Your account type determines which services you can access - and in some cases, whether your request will be accepted at all.

1. Personal Accounts ($29/month)

Designed for individuals handling personal matters - not connected to a business, brand, or organization.

Use cases include:

  • Denied refunds or unauthorized charges

  • Platform bans, flagging, or moderationLease or housing disputes

  • Harassment or impersonation on social media

  • Travel issues (like canceled flights or missing compensation)

  • Reputation issues affecting your name - not your business

Limitations:

  • Can only be used for non-business matters

  • Cannot be used for anything involving a business, brand, or commercial conflict

  • Submissions outside personal scope will be automatically declined

2. Business Accounts ($99/month)

Built for business owners, operators, or representatives. Use cases include:

  • Competitor interference

  • Online review takedowns

  • Business account reinstatements

  • Vendor disputes or unfair chargebacks

  • Regulatory or platform compliance challenges

  • Public content harming your company or team

Benefits of a Business account:

  • Access to reputation tools and review takedown services

  • Review monitoring for Google, Yelp, & Trustpilot

  • Ability to submit both business-related and personal problems

  • Can manage multiple businesses or locations from one account

A Business account can be used for personal issues.
A Personal account cannot be used for business issues - doing so will result in declined requests.

Can I switch from Personal to Business?

Yes - if you need to upgrade your account type, email: Hi [at] Loophole (dot) com
We'll review and convert your account. Your new billing rate will apply starting from your next cycle.

What if I operate multiple businesses or have multiple locations?

You do not need separate accounts. One Business account can support multiple business entities.

  • Your main Business account: $99/month

  • Each additional business location or entity: $10/month

Example:
You run 3 businesses.
Your monthly billing would be: $119/month ($99 + $10 + $10)
