How do I contact Loophole?

We make it easy to get the right kind of help - but different contact methods have different rules.

Live Chat

On every page of our website, you’ll see the Loophole logo button in the bottom right corner. Clicking it opens Loophole AI, our intelligent chat assistant.

  • Works for everyone - visitors, waitlist accounts, and paid/active accounts

  • Can answer nearly any question about Loophole, our services, how to get started, or questions about a specific quote or problem.

  • Available 24/7

  • Can escalate to a human, if needed (waitlist or active accounts only).
    Note: When escalating to a human - it is a support ticket, not a live chat - so reply times may vary.

Note: Escalation to a human is for situations where Loophole AI cannot resolve your issue. Repeated escalations for issues that have already been answered correctly may result in temporary or permanent loss of escalation privileges.
