If Loophole AI can't resolve your issue directly, it will offer to open a support ticket for you. Support tickets are handled by a real person from the Loophole team.
You cannot open a support ticket manually - Loophole AI creates them for you when needed.
How to open a support ticket
Start a conversation with Loophole AI through any channel: live chat, text/SMS, email, or phone. Describe your issue, and if Loophole AI determines it can't resolve it on its own, it will offer to create a support ticket on your behalf.
Once you confirm, Loophole AI will create the ticket and provide you with a ticket ID and summary.
What happens when a ticket is created
When a support ticket is opened, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account. The ticket includes a title, description, and ticket ID for reference.
For live chat only: After the ticket is created, any additional messages you send in that same conversation will go directly to the human support team - you will not get an automatic AI reply. A real person from Loophole will see your messages and respond when they pick up the ticket.
If you need AI help with a different topic, start a new live chat conversation.
Checking your ticket status
You can check the status of your support ticket at any time in two ways:
Open the live chat on the Loophole website and view your ticket directly
Ask Loophole AI - via live chat, text/SMS, email, or phone - and it will look up your ticket status for you
Ticket statuses
Submitted - Your ticket has been created and is waiting to be picked up
In Progress - A team member is actively working on your ticket
Waiting on Customer - The team needs a response from you before continuing
Resolved - Your ticket has been completed
When a ticket is resolved
When your support ticket is resolved, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also view the resolution details - including the action taken - in the live chat app on the website or by asking Loophole AI.
Data retention
After a ticket is closed, the ticket record and its associated conversation are automatically deleted after 30 days.
