Manage Block List
To block a number from calling/texting your purchased custom phone number, click on this button:
Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Tools under the Phone Console section.
Then click on the 'Manage Block List' button:
In the block list popup, you can manage your existing blocked numbers or add a new one. You can add notes so you remember why you blocked them as well.
After blocking a number, if they call your purchased Loophole phone number again, the caller will receive a busy signal. On iPhone, it typically displays a 'User busy' message.
The block list works well when you know which numbers to block. If you're being hit by spam calls from many different numbers - the kind blocking one at a time can't keep up with - open a support ticket and we'll take a closer look. Depending on what we find, we may be able to mitigate it through our phone provider, or assign you a replacement number.
Show in activity logs
If you enable the 'Show blocked calls in my activity logs' option, you will receive a notification in your Loophole dashboard and see the blocked call in your activity logs.
You will not receive a text or email notification for blocked calls.
Tip: You can also block a number by asking your AI Assistant to block it for you.
