Why won't Call Automator call certain numbers?

If Call Automator tells you it can't place a call to a specific number, it might be because the number is on Loophole's global block list. In this case, the call is never placed - and you are not charged.

What is the global block list

Loophole maintains an internal list of phone numbers that Call Automator will not call, regardless of who's asking. Numbers can end up on this list for reasons related to safety, abuse prevention, privacy, or compliance.

We don't always disclose why a specific number is blocked. Some of those reasons are protected for the privacy or safety of others, and some are part of our internal abuse prevention systems. When we can share more, we will.

This list is reviewed and maintained by our team. It is not something you can route around by retrying or reformatting the number. We do not recommend trying to bypass, as that can trigger a flag on your account.

What you'll see

When you submit a call request to a number on the global block list, Call Automator will tell you upfront - before the call is ever placed. You may not see the specific reason, but you'll know the number is blocked.

No charges apply. No base fee, no active time, no hold time.

If you think a number is blocked by mistake

If you believe a number is on the global block list in error - for example, it's your own business line, or a number you have clear authorization to contact - reach out to Hi (at) Loophole.com from the email address on file.

Include the number and a short explanation. We review each request individually, but we can't guarantee removal.
