What is Call Automator?

Call Automator is an AI Solution that makes phone calls for you - to companies, agencies, or services that just won’t handle things online.

Whether you’re trying to cancel a subscription, reschedule an appointment, call a friend, get a status update, or trigger a human escalation, Call Automator takes the call off your plate and reports back with the result.

How it works:

  1. You tell Loophole what you want to happen - like:
“Call my dentist and reschedule my appointment.”
    “Cancel my gym membership.”
"Call Adam and see if he is coming to my party this weekend."
    “Request a refund from [company].”

  2. Loophole will check for context in your account - then it will ask you a few targeted follow-up questions to confirm details:

    • What company or person to call (select from your World or type in manually)

    • Your preferred days/times or contact windows

    • Any reference numbers or account info

    • Call preferences (voicemail, retries, callback window, recording, etc.)

  3. Loophole generates a custom call script for you to approve (or edit)

  4. Your AI Assistant dials the number, navigates phone trees, and handles the conversation

  5. A quick summary text to your phone (“Adam confirmed - bowling tomorrow at 4 PM”), plus a full written summary in your dashboard with the result

What you get:

  • Clear summary of what happened

  • Full transcript (when applicable)

  • Audio recording (if enabled)

  • Next step call suggestion - if follow-up is needed

What it’s great for:

  • Canceling difficult-to-end subscriptions

  • Rescheduling or confirming appointments

  • Getting clarity on shipping delays, bill issues, or claim denials

  • Collecting a denial response from a human rep (to escalate later)

  • Making contact with vendors, landlords, or departments that ignore emails

What it won’t do:

To ensure legal, ethical, and platform safety, Call Automator does not support the following types of calls:

  • Account setup or password resets

  • Cold calling, telemarketing, or unsolicited outreach

  • Debt collection

  • Emergency services (911, crisis hotlines, poison control, etc.)

  • Financial calls (wire transfers, card activations, trading platforms)

  • Government calls (SSA, DMV, IRS, or any agency that requires identity verification)

  • Phone payments or credit card disclosure

  • Political calls or campaign fundraising

In addition, Call Automator will not:

  • Record calls in states where it’s not legally allowed (you control this)

  • Impersonate someone else

  • Threaten legal action or go off-script

  • Act in emergencies (ex: calling for an ambulance)

  • Handle emotional, escalated, or multi-party conversations (ex: mediating a dispute)

  • Piggyback on an active Problem in your account - if a problem is already being handled by Loophole AI & Tools, you can’t use Call Automator to bypass the plan or take unsupported actions

  • Substitute for services better suited to Loophole AI & Tools or another AI Solution - things like “Call Yelp to get a fake review deleted” or “Call to negotiate an invoice down” won’t be accepted. Those require strategic review and the right service path.

  • Act as an always-on business phone assistant - Call Automator can handle callbacks tied to specific call tasks. If you want an always-on AI assistant that answers your business phone, books appointments, and handles inbound customer calls, that is better suited for AI Receptionist, a Business account feature.

Bottom line:

If you’ve been stuck waiting on hold, clicking through broken menus, or being ignored on email - Call Automator gets through, gets answers, and provides you with the final result.

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Call Automator is legal and complies with all applicable laws – including any consent, notice, or recording requirements in your jurisdiction. You should consult legal counsel regarding any questions about legal or regulatory compliance.
