What is Call Automator?

Updated over 3 months ago

Call Automator is an AI Solution that makes phone calls for you - to companies, agencies, or services that just won’t handle things online.

Whether you’re trying to cancel a subscription, reschedule an appointment, get a status update, or trigger a human escalation, Call Automator takes the call off your plate and reports back with the result.

How it works:

  • You tell Loophole what you want to happen - like:
“Call my dentist and reschedule my appointment.”
    “Cancel my gym membership.”
    “Request a refund from [company].”

  • Loophole will then ask you a few targeted follow-up questions to confirm details:

    • What company or provider to call (select from your World or type in manually)

    • Your preferred days/times or contact windows

    • Any reference numbers or account info

    • Optional preferences (reschedule instead of cancel, refund vs. credit, etc.)

  • Loophole generates a custom call script using policy-based language

  • Our automation dials the target, navigates phone trees, and talks to the rep

  • We log the outcome and deliver a written summary to your dashboard

What you get:

  • Clear summary of what happened

  • Result tag: Resolved, Escalated, Blocked, or Rejected

  • Transcript excerpt or rep quote (when applicable)

  • Next step suggestion - if follow-up is needed

How pricing is calculated:

Call Automator pricing is based on rounded usage, broken into three components:

  1. Base Fee: $1 flat - applied once for any successful call attempt

  2. Active Time: Rounded up to the next full minute

    • This includes any time spent talking/listening to a human rep

    • For example, 3 minutes and 20 seconds is billed as 4 minutes

  3. Hold Time: Also rounded up to the next full minute

    • This includes time spent in hold queues, phone trees, or waiting for a transfer

    • Even short holds (like 10–15 seconds) are rounded to 1 minute

Rounding ensures consistency, keeps pricing predictable, and accounts for background automation cost - even when the rep hangs up early or hold music loops.

You’ll always see a full breakdown after the call, including:

  • Total active time

  • Total hold time

  • Exact cost calculation

What it’s great for:

  • Canceling difficult-to-end subscriptions

  • Rescheduling or confirming appointments

  • Getting clarity on shipping delays, bill issues, or claim denials

  • Collecting a denial response from a human rep (to escalate later)

  • Making contact with vendors, landlords, or departments that ignore emails

What it won’t do:

To ensure legal, ethical, and platform safety, Call Automator does not support the following types of calls:

  • Account setup or password resets

  • Cold calling, telemarketing, or unsolicited outreach

  • Debt collection

  • Emergency services (911, crisis hotlines, poison control, etc.)

  • Financial calls (wire transfers, card activations, trading platforms)

  • Government calls (SSA, DMV, IRS, or any agency that requires identity verification)

  • Phone payments or credit card disclosure

  • Political calls or campaign fundraising

  • Prescription refills or medical scheduling

In addition, Call Automator will not:

  • Record calls in states where it’s not legally allowed

  • Impersonate someone else

  • Threaten legal action or go off-script

  • Act in emergencies (Call Automator is not real-time)

  • Handle emotional, escalated, or multi-party conversations (ex: mediating a dispute)

  • Piggyback on an active Problem in your account - if a case is already being handled by Loophole AI & Tools, you can’t use Call Automator to bypass the plan or take unsupported actions

  • Substitute for services better suited to Loophole AI & Tools or another AI Solution - things like “Call my landlord to terminate my lease” or “Call to negotiate an invoice down” won’t be accepted. Those require strategic review and the right service path.

Bottom line:

If you’ve been stuck waiting on hold, clicking through broken menus, or being ignored on email - Call Automator gets through, gets answers, and gets back to you.
