World is your personal directory inside Loophole - used by Loophole AI to understand who and what you're referring to when you give commands. It's how Loophole can take action with context.
For example:
"Schedule an appointment at the vet for Maddie this Thursday after 1pm."
If your World includes Maddie (as your pet) and her vet (as a Business), Loophole AI will know exactly who to call and what type of appointment to request - no guesswork required.
What can go in your World?
Your World supports multiple entry types:
People - Family, friends, colleagues, clients
Businesses - Vendors, service providers, clients
Pets - Dogs, cats, elephants
Vehicles - Cars, trucks, motorcycles
Properties - Homes, rentals, real estate
Assets - Equipment, collectibles, other valuable items
Each entry is searchable, editable, and connected to AI-powered services like Call Automator.
Events: Building Your History
Track real-world occurrences for any World entry - appointments, service calls, incidents, payments, and more. Events create a timeline that Loophole AI can reference when solving problems.
How to add events:
Go to your World
Click "Add New Event"
Add details in your own words, attach files, and link additional related World items by @Mentioning them
Why track events?
When you need help disputing charges or escalating warranty claims, Loophole AI has the full history. Example: Log a "Communication" event when you call customer service about a billing error. Later, if you need to escalate, Loophole AI knows exactly what happened and when.
Linking events:
Events can connect multiple World entries. Add a "Vet Visit" event to your pet's profile and link the vet business - the event appears on both profiles for easy cross-referencing.
Custom Fields
Add any information that doesn't fit in standard fields. Every entry supports unlimited custom fields.
Examples:
Business: Account number, contract end date, support PIN
Vehicle: Loan account, warranty expiration, preferred mechanic
Pet: Microchip ID, insurance policy, dietary restrictions
Access custom fields from the "More" tab on any entry. The system suggests relevant fields based on entry type.
Attaching Files & Documents
Attach relevant files directly to World entries, giving Loophole AI more context when needed.
Examples:
Landlord: Lease agreement, past correspondence
Vehicle: Registration, repair records, damage photos
Pet: Vaccination records, prescription history
Files help Loophole AI make more accurate, informed communications and handle complex situations. They're only referenced when relevant to your request.
Note: Only Active accounts can upload new files. Files are managed from each entry - you can attach/detach them anytime.
Your Businesses vs. Business Entries
World has two types of businesses:
Your Businesses (if you have a Business Account):
Appear automatically with verification badges
Changes require admin approval
Can't be deleted from World
Business Directory Entries:
Vendors, clients, service providers you add
Fully editable without approval
Can be deleted (unless linked to active problems)
Aliases and Smart Matching
Every World entry has a Title, and you can add Aliases for natural language.
Example:

Loophole uses soft matching - "Dr. Perkins" automatically matches "Doctor Perkins" without listing every variation.
Important Limitations
Can't delete entries linked to active problems
If a World entry is connected to an ongoing Loophole problem, you can't delete it until the problem is marked complete. The system will show which problem is blocking deletion.
Special entry types:
Vehicles: Title auto-sets as "Year Make Model" (can't be changed, but you can add aliases like "The Beep Beep")
Pets: If you don't know the exact birthdate, enter your best guess and note "approximate" in the Notes field
People: Can link to businesses using the "Works at" field
Activity Tracking
Every World entry has a Logs tab showing all changes for that specific entry - when created, updated, files attached, or events added. This audit trail helps you track modifications over time.
To view logs for all World items, go to your master world logs.
