Pets are first-class entries in your World - complete with breed-specific images, age tracking, medical notes, and a full event history.
Go to loophole.com/my-account/world, click + Add to World, and select Pet.
Required fields
Three fields are required: Name, Type (ex: Dog, Cat), and Breed. Everything else is optional - but worth filling in.
Once you enter the breed, Loophole automatically assigns a matching default image from a library of 50+ dog breeds and 8+ cat breeds. You'll see your pet represented with the right look right away. Upload your own photo anytime to replace the profile picture.
Optional fields
Gender - Male, Female, or Unknown
Weight - in whatever unit you prefer (note it in the field)
Birthdate - Auto-calculates age. Can be exact or approximate.
Color - coat or fur color
Allergies - known food or environmental allergies
Medications - current prescriptions or supplements
Notes - anything else
Tracking medical history
The Allergies, Medications, and Notes fields give you a snapshot of your pet's current status. For ongoing history - vet visits, vaccines, incidents, medication changes - use the Events tab. Log each vet appointment as a Service or Appointment event with the date, what happened, and any notes.
For structured data like microchip numbers, insurance policy IDs, or breeder info, use Custom Fields (found under the More tab in the detail view). You can add as many as you need.
The Files tab is a natural home for vaccination records, vet bills, or X-rays - files up to 2GB are supported, and PDFs get automatic text extraction so the content is searchable.
