How do I delete an SMS conversation?

You can delete SMS conversations between you and Loophole AI in two ways: one at a time from your SMS Logs page, or all at once from your Settings page.

Option 1: Delete a single conversation

  1. Go to your SMS Logs page
    (My Account > Logs > SMS Logs)

  2. Find the conversation you want to remove

  3. Click the X button in the top-right corner of that conversation

  4. Click Yes, Delete to permanently delete the conversation

The conversation is removed immediately and disappears from your SMS Logs.

Option 2: Delete your entire SMS history

If you want to clear everything at once:

  1. Go to your Loophole AI settings
    (My Account > Settings > Loophole AI)

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  3. Click the Delete All SMS History button

  4. Confirm to permanently delete all SMS conversations tied to your account

All conversations (excluding flagged conversations) will be deleted immediately.
A confirmation will be posted in your activity logs.

What gets deleted

Deleting an SMS conversation removes both your message and Loophole AI's reply - grouped under that conversation.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone, even by our team.

When you can't delete

If a conversation has been flagged for review by our system, the Delete option is temporarily unavailable - whether you're trying to delete a single conversation or using "Delete All SMS History."

When you click the X on a flagged conversation, you'll see:

Unable to Delete
This conversation has been flagged for review and cannot be deleted until our team completes their review.

Flagged conversations are reviewed by our team, and once the review is complete, the deletion option will become available again. If you have questions about why a conversation was flagged, contact us at [email protected].

Automatic cleanup

Even if you don't delete them manually, SMS logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you need a permanent record of a conversation, screenshot or copy it before the 30-day window expires.

Tip: Deleting a conversation only removes it from your SMS Logs view. It does not affect anything else in your account, such as files uploaded via text message or your World entries.
