After accepting your quote, you'll be taken to the Problem Setup page where Loophole asks follow-up questions to better understand your situation.
Your answers save automatically
You don't need to click a "Save" button - answers are saved as you go.
When your answer is saved, you'll see a brief "β Saved" confirmation appear.
This means you can:
Answer a few questions now and come back later
Close the page and return without losing progress
Take your time - there's no rush
When you return, all your previous answers will still be there.
Question types
Loophole may ask different types of questions depending on your problem:
Type | How to answer |
Text | Type your response in the text box. Saves when you click outside. |
Yes / No | Click one of the two buttons. Saves immediately. |
Multiple choice | Click your answer from the options shown. Saves immediately. |
Date | Select the month, day, and year from dropdowns. Saves when all three are selected. |
File | Upload a new file or choose from your existing files. |
World | Select a person, business, or other entry from your World. |
Follow-up questions
Some questions have follow-up questions that only appear based on your answer.
For example, if you answer "Yes" to a question, a follow-up might ask for more details. These follow-ups can be required or optional - you'll see a badge indicating which.
Required vs. optional
Each question is labeled:
REQUIRED - You must answer this before continuing
OPTIONAL - Helpful but not mandatory
You won't be able to proceed to the Problem Dashboard until all required questions are answered.
Changing an answer
To change a text answer, simply edit the text box and click outside to save.
To change a Yes/No or multiple choice answer, click a different option. If you want to clear your answer entirely, click the same option again and confirm when prompted.
When you're ready
Once you've answered all required questions (and completed any required files and World updates), the Continue to Problem Dashboard button will become active.
Click it to move forward - Loophole will begin working on your problem.
Take your time answering these questions.
The more details you provide, the better Loophole can help.
