What is the custom sample workflow?

Updated over 4 months ago

When you view a quote, you'll see a "Your custom sample workflow" link. This shows you a step-by-step example of how Loophole's tools might work together to address your problem.

It's a sample - not your actual plan

The workflow you see is only an example. It's customized based on the information you provided in your initial request - but it's still just a sample.

Your actual workflow will be determined later, after Research Console gathers complete details about your specific situation through follow-up questions.

Why show a sample workflow?

The sample helps you understand:

  • Which Loophole tools might be used for your type of problem

  • How different tools work together in sequence

  • What a realistic problem-solving approach could look like

  • The full range of what Loophole can do

Many users don't realize all the ways Loophole can help. The sample workflow shows possibilities you might not have considered - strategies tailored to your situation that go beyond what you initially thought was possible.

What if the sample doesn't match what I want?

You can still accept the quote.

The sample is based on limited information from your initial request. It can't account for details you haven't shared yet - or details you might not even realize are relevant.

Example: Your sample workflow might show sending an email to your building manager. But maybe you and the manager have a terrible relationship and email won't work. That's okay. After you accept the quote, Research Console will ask follow-up questions and discover that detail. Your actual strategy will be built with that context in mind.

The sample workflow is designed to show you what's possible with Loophole. The real strategy comes after Research Console gathers all the facts.

What happens after I accept the quote?

After you accept a quote, it's converted to a 'Problem'.
From your 'Problem Dashboard', Research Console will:

  • Ask detailed follow-up questions about your situation

  • Process your answers and determine if more information is needed

  • Present you with the first few actual steps based on complete information

  • Give you full control to approve, edit, or suggest changes before anything happens

Nothing from the sample workflow automatically carries over. Your actual strategy is built from scratch based on everything Research Console learns from you about your unique problem.

Do I need to review the sample before accepting?

No. The sample is there if you want to see it, but you don't need to review it to accept your quote.

It's a preview - not something you need to approve or modify.

Bottom line: The sample workflow shows you what Loophole can do. Your actual workflow is customized after we gather complete details about your problem.

As always, you approve every step before anything happens.
