What happens after I submit a prompt?

Updated over a month ago

After you submit a prompt on the Loophole homepage, Loophole AI immediately analyzes your situation to determine if we can help - and what kind of support makes the most sense. Here's what happens next:

1. Initial Review

After you submit your prompt, Loophole AI may ask a few quick follow-up questions to clarify your situation. Then, our system evaluates your problem to:

  • Identify viable procedural or policy-based strategies

  • Ensure your request aligns with Loophole’s mission and rules

  • Check whether the issue requires legal representation (which we cannot provide)

If your problem falls outside Loophole’s scope or appears legally risky, we’ll decline it upfront - and you won’t be charged.

2. One of Three Paths

If your request is eligible, it will be automatically routed to one of three service tracks:

  • AI Solutions
For well-defined, common issues - like bill reduction, photo geolocation, or simple refund recovery - you may be routed directly into an AI Solution. These are fully automated and priced transparently.

  • Loophole AI & Tools
For more complex situations, you'll be invited to unlock Loophole’s full toolset. This tier costs $150 and includes 10 Tool Actions - used to run research, send emails, make calls, submit forms, and more. You’ll see each planned action and cost before it runs.

  • Custom Solutions
If your request is especially high-stakes, sensitive, or strategic, it may be flagged for manual intake. Our expert strategy team will evaluate whether to offer a Custom Solution - a human-guided solution to your problem with an expert dedicated account manager starting at $5,000.

3. Research Console (First Tool Action)

Every Loophole AI & Tools problem begins with a Research Console step, which uses 1 tool action credit. We:

  • Collect any needed documents or background

  • Analyze applicable policies or procedural gaps

  • Build your strategy and recommend the first few actions

If we determine during this step that we cannot help, we’ll cancel your case and refund $140 of the $150 purchase (the remaining $10 covers the research already completed).

4. Problem Dashboard

If your problem is accepted, Loophole creates a Problem Dashboard - your personal workspace and command center. From there, you can:

  • Review the proposed strategy

  • Track every action taken

  • Approve or cancel upcoming steps

  • Request follow-ups or escalate the case if needed

You stay in control the entire time. No actions are taken unless you explicitly authorize them (or opt in to autoplay in your settings).

Your Problem Dashboard is included free for the first 30 days. After that, a small daily maintenance fee (0.033 Research Console credits/day) applies to keep it active. This fee continues even if your problem is paused - it only stops when the problem is marked Completed or Solved.
