What is the Problem dashboard?

Updated over a month ago

When Loophole accepts your problem - either through Loophole AI & Tools or a Custom Solution - we create something called a Problem Dashboard. Think of it as your command center.

It’s where your issue gets turned into a structured project, with all key details, tools, and updates in one place.

When is a Problem Dashboard created?

  • Automatically when your problem is accepted and a strategy begins

  • Only for Loophole AI & Tools and Custom Solutions

  • Not used for AI Solutions (those appear under your AI Solutions tab)

You don’t need to create one manually - it only appears if your request moves forward.

What does it include?

Each Problem Dashboard contains:

  • Problem title
Based on your situation, Loophole gives your problem a clear internal title - like "Lease Break Strategy for Manhattan Apartment" or "Account Suspension Appeal for Etsy Shop."

  • Your desired outcome
This is what you told us you want to achieve. You’ll see it listed clearly at the top.

  • Loophole’s strategy
Loophole AI (and sometimes human experts) analyze your prompt and create a high-level plan. This may include initial actions, escalation steps, or recommended tools.

  • Timeline of Tool Actions
Every tool used - emails sent, calls made, documents drafted - shows up as a timestamped entry. You can review what’s been done, what’s pending, and what’s been approved.

  • Key Facts
Important details we're treating as true for this problem. They're based on what you've told us, your documents, or rules you've confirmed apply to you. Each fact has a source and supporting details, and Loophole's tools rely on these when drafting calls, letters, emails, and other actions.
    Read more about key facts.

  • Theories
Possibilities we're exploring about your problem. They can come from you ("I think this might have been posted by a competitor") or from Loophole's tools ("this rule might apply" or "this might be what the other side is trying to do"). Theories describe what might be true or which strategy might work and can be right or wrong. Loophole researches these in the background. When a theory looks strong enough, we'll ask you to review it. If you confirm it, parts of the theory can be promoted into Key Facts with supporting details.
    Read more about theories.

  • Next steps and follow-up options
You can approve new actions, request revisions, escalate to a new direction, or pause everything at any time.

  • Logs
Any messages, uploaded documents, or AI notes related to your Problem are visible here.

Why does this exist?

The Problem Dashboard gives you:

  • Transparency

  • Control

  • A clear record of strategy and execution

  • The ability to manage complex problems over time

It’s like having a digital case file - but one built for automation, iteration, and speed.
