The scope of an NDA at Loophole depends on what’s in the actual agreement. We can either review an NDA you provide, or offer a standard mutual agreement that covers most Loophole use cases.
In general, an NDA may cover things like:
Prompts, documents, or uploads you share with us
Internal notes or strategy language created during your engagement
Account-specific tactics or automation logic tailored to your case
Private business context, third-party relationships, or sensitive timelines
But the exact coverage is defined in the contract itself.
Some NDAs are narrowly scoped. Others are broader. If there’s something specific you want protected, we recommend including it clearly in the document you submit - or asking about it when reviewing ours.
Important reminder
Loophole does not sell, rent, or share your account data with third parties - with or without an NDA.
We don’t train AI models on user data.
We don’t use your World, Files, or Problems to market or target anyone else.
The NDA exists for users who want a formal legal layer on top of protections we already take seriously.
Bottom line
Loophole is built for discretion by default - but if your business or legal team needs something in writing, we’re happy to accommodate.
Just know: the NDA means what the NDA says. No more, no less.
