How to Submit a Bug Report
Click the "Report Bug" button
You'll find this button at the bottom of any page on the Loophole website.Describe what happened
Be as specific as possible. What were you trying to do? What actually happened instead?Add reproduction steps (optional but helpful)
If you can explain how to recreate the issue, that's incredibly valuable. Example: "1. Go to the Quotes page, 2. Click on Quote #12345, 3. The page won't load"Include a screenshot (optional but strongly recommended)
If you check the screenshot option, we'll automatically capture what's on your screen - including console errors and network issues that might be causing the problem.Submit
Click submit and you're done! We'll review your report and investigate the issue.
What Data Gets Collected Automatically
To help us diagnose and fix issues quickly, our bug report system automatically collects:
Page URL - Where you encountered the bug
Browser and device info - Your user agent, screen resolution, and viewport size
Technical details - Console errors, network errors, browser language, and local time
Your account number - If you're logged in (required for bug bounty eligibility)
IP address - For security purposes
This data is only used to investigate and resolve the bug you're reporting.
What Happens Next
Once you submit a bug report:
Our team receives a notification
You'll see your bug report number in your account activity logs
We investigate and work on a fix
You will see updates and your bug report status in your account activity logs
If we need to contact you, we will do so via email.
If you were logged in when submitting the report and you were the first to report the issue - we'll review your report for bug bounty eligibility
Bug Bounty Eligible?
Logged-in users who report legitimate, reproducible bugs may receive up to $500+ in promotional credits - if you were the first to report the issue.
This happens automatically, you do not need to request the bounty. If you are eligible, you will receive it and receive a notification via email.
