How do I delete a problem?

Updated over 2 months ago

You can delete a problem at any time from either the Problem Setup page or the Problem Dashboard.

How to delete

  1. Go to your problem page

  2. Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner

  3. Select Delete Problem

  4. Read the confirmation message carefully

  5. Click Delete Forever to permanently delete

After deletion, you'll be redirected to your Activity Logs.

Before you delete

Deleting a problem is permanent and cannot be undone. Please be aware:

  • All problem data will be deleted - including workflows, questions, answers, and any research completed

  • You forfeit refund rights - if credits were spent on this problem, you won't be able to request a refund after deletion

  • Associated quote data will be removed - any quotes tied to this problem will also be deleted

When you can't delete

The Delete Problem option is not available if your problem has been flagged. If you believe your problem was flagged in error, please contact support.

Need help deciding?

If you're unsure whether to delete, consider these alternatives:

  • Pause your problem - Temporarily stop all automations without losing data

  • Mark as Solved - Close out the problem while keeping its history

  • Contact support - We can help you figure out the best path forward

Deleting a problem is a big decision. Take a moment to make sure it's the right one.
