Identity verification is optional and is not required to use most Loophole features. It's available to any user with an Active Loophole account who wants to unlock additional perks across the platform.
There is no cost to verify your identity.
How to start the verification process
Log in to your Loophole account
Go to your Settings page
Scroll to the bottom of the Basic Information section - you'll see an "Identity not verified" banner
Click Verify
You'll be redirected to Stripe's verification page, where Loophole works with Stripe to verify your identity
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
After submitting your verification, it will show as pending while Stripe processes your information. This typically takes only a few minutes. You'll receive an email from Loophole when the verification is complete and your account is identity verified.
What changes after I'm verified?
Once your identity is verified, your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth are locked and can no longer be changed. These fields are matched to the information on your government-issued ID.
What are the benefits of verifying my identity?
Verified accounts unlock additional perks across the Loophole platform. Here are a few examples:
Call Automator + Phone Console - Your AI agent can introduce itself as "This is [Your Name]" instead of "Calling on behalf of [Your Name]."
Photo Locator - Identity verification is required to use the Photo Locator AI Solution.

Can I remove my identity verification?
If you've verified your identity and no longer want to be identity verified, email us at [email protected] and we'll assist you.
If you ever delete your Loophole account, your identity verification data is also permanently deleted.
