Before using Phone Console for your Problem, you can place a test call to hear how it sounds and experience it firsthand. This lets you preview different voice options and get comfortable with how Phone Console works.
Requirements
To use the test call feature, your account must be in Active or Pending status. If your account is on the Waitlist or any other status, you won't be able to initiate a test call.
How to start a test call
Go to Settings β Tools
Scroll down to the Phone Console section
You'll see the available voice options - each with a different style (ex: "Southern Mom," "Professional Female v1," "Professional Male v1")
Click the Test Call button next to the voice you want to try
A popup will appear showing the phone number we have on file for your account
Click Start Test Call to begin
You'll receive a phone call within 60 seconds.
What to know about test calls
5-minute limit - Test calls are capped at 5 minutes. If the conversation runs longer, the call will automatically end.
Default personality only - Test calls do not integrate your custom 'Your AI' settings. They use the default personality for whichever voice you're testing, so you can focus on evaluating the voice itself.
Uses the number on file - The call goes to the phone number associated with your Loophole account. If you need to update it, do so before starting the test.
Do test calls count against my balance?
No. Test calls placed from your Settings β Tools page are completely free and do not count against your available balance.
These test calls are designed to let you preview different Phone Console voices before using them on an actual Problem - so feel free to try all of them.
Limits: Waitlist accounts can only make 3 test calls.
To increase your limits, you will need to activate your account.
