Processing Failed means that AI processing has failed.
A file can say 'Processing Failed' for a few different reasons, including:
Surge of traffic on Loophole
Large file
Server issues/glitches (AWS)
Our system will automatically retry after a few minutes.
You do not have to stay on the page or website for it to reprocess.
After 30 minutes of 'Processing Failed', our system will automatically notify our team.
If you see the same 'Processing Failed' message longer than 24 hours, please contact support for assistance.
