How to capture a website screenshot
Go to your Files page
Navigate to the Files section in your account dashboard.Open the screenshot tool
Click the dropdown arrow next to "Upload Files" and select "Website Screenshot."Enter the website URL
Type or paste the website URL you want to capture.Click capture
The screenshot is captured automatically - typically takes 10-30 seconds depending on page complexity.Screenshot saved
The screenshot appears in your Files list as a PNG image.

Limitations
Timeout: 90 seconds
Very complex or slow-loading pages may timeout
If capture fails, the system will auto-retry up to 3 times every 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes of 'Processing Failed', our system will automatically notify the team.

Cannot capture pages behind login screens
Password-protected content won't be captured
