Email Console is one of Loophole’s advanced Tools - part of the Loophole AI & Tools service — designed to send, receive, and manage strategic email communications automatically. It’s built to handle complex threads, parse responses, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate perfectly with other tools, so every step of your campaign stays on track.

When Your AI is enabled, Email Console ensures every email sounds like you - while still following Loophole’s proven, policy-aligned strategies.


How it works

  1. Research Console decides when to use it
    You don’t start Email Console manually. After you submit your problem, Research Console determines if email is the right channel and schedules Email Console actions accordingly.

  2. Drafting the message
    Compose Console prepares the content from your facts, evidence, and direction. Your AI applies your tone and style.

  3. You review & approve
    You see the drafted emails in your Problem Dashboard, can edit them, and approve before anything is sent.

  4. Intelligent automation takes over
    Email Console sends your approved messages, monitors replies, extracts key info, and triggers follow-ups or escalations as planned.


No manual email juggling

You can connect your own email account for seamless automation, use a LoopholeMail address to keep things separate, or forward messages manually if you prefer. No matter the method, Email Console keeps all correspondence tied to your problem so nothing falls through the cracks.

Email Console does not interpret laws or tell you what to say legally.

Content safeguards

Email Console will never send threatening, harassing, or otherwise prohibited language - even if you request it.

  • If prohibited wording is requested, the system will automatically leave it out.

  • You still approve every word before it’s sent - but you cannot force in restricted content.

  • These safeguards keep communications safe, compliant, and effective while protecting your account.
