The desired outcome on your quote is automatically generated by our system based on your initial request. It defines what we're working to achieve for your problem.
Examples:
"Get corporate attention to resolve ongoing issues with the building manager"
"Get the fake one-star Google review deleted from your business profile"
Remember: Desired outcomes are not guaranteed - they represent the goal Loophole will work toward on your behalf.
When to request a change
If the desired outcome doesn't accurately capture what you're trying to accomplish, you can update it directly from your quote page. You don't need to request changes for minor wording differences, but if the meaning is off, go ahead and change it.
When you need to update it
Request changes before accepting the quote.
Once you accept, the desired outcome becomes part of your problem. The system will focus on achieving that specific goal, and changing it later can become much more complicated.
How to request a change
If your desired outcome needs to be corrected:
Open your quote
Click on the 'Desired Outcome' card
A popup will open where you can write your updated desired outcome
Submit your request
What happens after you submit
Your change will go through one of two paths:
Instant approval
In some cases, the system will automatically approve your change within about 15 seconds. Your quote will update immediately and you can proceed to accept or decline.
Pending approval
If the change requires a manual review, you'll see a "Pending Approval" badge on your desired outcome. While pending:
Your current desired outcome will appear with a strikethrough
Your updated desired outcome will appear below it
You cannot accept or decline the quote until a decision has been made
Our team typically reviews changes within 12 hours
You'll receive an email when your desired outcome has been updated
Bottom line: If the desired outcome doesn't match what you're actually trying to achieve, click on it, submit your change, and you'll either get instant approval or hear back within 12 hours. Just make sure to do this before accepting your quote.
